Service Description
A structured, confidence-building grooming programme designed to gently introduce puppies to the salon environment, handling, and grooming routines. Delivered over multiple short sessions, this service helps puppies become comfortable with bathing, drying, brushing, and basic grooming care at their own pace, creating a positive foundation for future grooming appointments. Session 1: Salon Introduction Gentle handling, brushing, nails and ears, with calm exposure to the salon environment and grooming equipment. Session 2: Bath & Dry Introduction A gentle puppy bath, low-stress drying, brushing, and basic hygiene care to build comfort with bathing routines. Session 3: Styling Introduction Light trimming of the face, feet, and hygiene areas, with continued confidence-building and brushing. Session 4: First Full Groom A complete puppy groom including cut and style, bath and dry, brushing, and full hygiene care.
Cancellation Policy
• A deposit is required to secure your appointment. • If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit is not refundable. • If you arrive late, we may need to shorten the appointment or reschedule if it affects the day’s schedule. • For everyone’s safety, we may stop a groom if a dog is too stressed or unsafe to handle — in this case, the deposit is not refundable.
