Our specialised de-shedding tools and techniques leave the coat cleaner, lighter, and more manageable, while helping to reduce shedding at home. De-Shedding includes: - De-Shedding - Shampoo and conditioning - Brushing - Hygiene (Nail Cut, Ears Clean, Sanitary Trim)
Cancellation Policy
• A deposit is required to secure your appointment. • If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit is not refundable. • If you arrive late, we may need to shorten the appointment or reschedule if it affects the day’s schedule. • For everyone’s safety, we may stop a groom if a dog is too stressed or unsafe to handle — in this case, the deposit is not refundable.
